Beautiful biscuits, have placed another order and shall definitely get valentine and Christmas gingerbread for presents. My only gripe is that it’s such a shame you use palm oil in gingerbread and fondant icing, would be fantastic if you could find a more sustainable ingredient.

Ordered the Llama party pack for a friends Birthday & from what I’ve been told, they were absolutely delicious, & perfect with a cup of tea. They arrived on time for my friends Birthday, & even had a little sticker saying not the open until x date (as per my request), a very nice touch. I’ll definitely use Original Biscuit Bakers again for some postal treats & gifts.

Original Biscuit Bakers (OBB) are amazing. I got an email on a Friday saying my order with another company had been cancelled, for a birthday on Monday. I ordered these llamas as a replacement, unfortunately after the cut-off time for same day delivery, and made up my mind to a late birthday present. OBB spontaneously, without knowing the background, emailed me to see if I would like to have it sent out that day as they still had space. I said yes please and explained – they stepped up even more! The llamas were delivered on Saturday, with a special sticker saying “don’t open till Monday”, and the recipient LOVED them – said they tasted as good as they looked. Thank you so much, especially to Ingrid, who is wonderful customer service!
