• Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2-3 day service and is £3.75. 
  • Express Next Day Delivery on a signed for service is £8.50
  • Collection from Original Biscuit Bakers is free of charge. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready to collect  

Delivery Times:

On each product delivery options are explained and the product is marked if it is available for same day despatch or if it is made to order.

On products available for same day despatch please place your orders by 11:30am to ensure same day posting.

For products made to order, please allow 5 working days for your order to be made plus your delivery option. If you require any sooner please contact us.

We despatch gifts Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. If your order is received on a Friday after 11.30 this will then be posted on the following Monday.

All individual gifts including Gift Tins are sent through the Royal Mail. If you select express delivery the order will be received the next day after despatch and will require a signature. Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during weekday working hours.

Larger orders, multiple orders and international delivery are sent via courier service. All courier deliveries require a signature as prove of receipt, if there is no-one there to receive it the courier will leave notification detailing how to rearrange delivery, or where it can be collected. Courier service mainland UK is delivered between 8am – 6pm the next working day. Please note Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands and Europe are on 2-3 day service.

Our courier company guarantees their deliveries for next working day, but they can’t cover delays that are out of their control. And although we pass any specific delivery instructions on to them, we can’t guarantee that the driver will carry these out.

If you have a specific delivery date in mind or need your order urgently please call us on 01630 650780. You can also request required delivery dates at checkout under customer notes section, however, please note if you select standard delivery date we cannot guarantee delivery will be on a specific date, even though we will post out accordingly to match that date.

Missed Delivery

Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by the carrier to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. For orders that are collected we will not be held responsible for loss or damage once the biscuits have left our premises.
