Gingerbread Ingredients: Wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, vegetable oils (palm & rapeseed), partially inverted refiners syrup, ginger, spice, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate. Decoration Ingredients: Sugar, pasteurised free range EGG white, dried glucose syrup, cornflour, humectant: vegetable glycerine; stabiliser: xanthan gum; fruit and vegetable concentrates: safflower, lemon, spirulina; colour: vegetable carbon.
